I have subscribed to iTunes Match and setup iCloud on my iPhone 4s and iPad 2 3G model. The Music app works fine with iTunes Match on my home Wi-Fi network. However, if I take the iOS device outside and play an album by tapping on a track, it shows up a error “Cannot Play”message. How can I fix the issues?
You need to enable 3G/4G cellular playback for iTunes Match if there is no wifi connection. From home screen, tap on Setting app and select “Store”. Then turn the slider on for Use Cellular Data for streaming songs to the device. But this will take your cellular data usage.
