Ther were about 1500 contacts on iCloud website. After I have mistakenly deleted all my contacts from iCloud.com, I note that contact is empty on my iPhone 4s. How can I retrieve deleted contacts from iCloud?

If you have make back up before deleting your contacts, you need to reset your iPhone and do a full restore on the iOS device. But there is no way to selectively restore specific content.
